Who is this for?
There are two solid approaches to bring a region, or community together to achieve such accomplishments.
One is with investors, and in this instance land owners, and farmers interested in needed advancement in food protection and regional supplies.
The other is with educating the community, increasing awareness through grants and sweat equity to bring growth to an important infrastructure of a specific area.
Both are geared towards growth incorporating a strategic plan with the future goals in mind.
